Person-centered thinking can be understood as a philosophy or mindset that revolves around perceiving, attentively listening to, and providing support to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their strengths, capabilities, aspirations, and preferences. It entails empowering individuals to make decisions that uphold a life that holds significance and meaning to them.

Our services include the following, but not limited to:

Personal Care

Daily personal activities including personal hygiene, eating and drinking, appointments, bathing, dressing and medication. This is all in the comfort of your own home.

Community Participation

Sewa Care provides people with a flexible Community Access service, based on individual or group interest and need. Our team can also transport you to those important appointments or family events!

Domestic Assistance

Help with everyday household tasks such as dish washing, house cleaning, gardening, yard maintenance and laundry. We also offer in-home support dedicated to offering practical and emotional support to new mums and their families.

Medication Assistance

It is important medication is monitored and taken with care. Sewa Care can provide administration, assistance and record management of medications for participants who require them.
